摘要：首先分析养老产业链存在的问题，然后阐述养老服务运营商在养老产业链中发挥的作用，包括建立分工协作的养老地产开发运营模式、整合养老服务资源、连接养老产业链中的多个环节、发起养老地产项目并负责项目前期工作等，最后提出我国运营商和养老产业链发展的建议。

Abstract：The paper first analyzes the existing problems in the old-age industry chain，then expounds the role of old-age service operators in the pension industry chain，including establishing the old-age real estate development and operation model with a division of labor and coordination，integrating old-age service resources，connecting multiple links in the old-age industry chain，initiating old-age real estate projects and taking charge of pre-project work in the old-age industry chain，finally puts forward some suggestions for the development of China's old-age service operators and old-age industry chain.
