摘要：实施模式对于BIM在管廊项目应用过程中发挥价值具有重要性。概述BIM在工程项目中的实施模式，分析并得出综合管廊项目最佳的BIM实施模式。然后系统阐述城市综合管廊项目采用集中式BIM实施模式的主要措施，为BIM在综合管廊项目中应用提供参考。

Abstract：The implementation model is important for the value of BIM in the application of the urban utility tunnel project. This paper summarizes the implementation mode of BIM in engineering projects，and analyzes and obtains the best BIM implementation mode of utility tunnel project. Then，systematically expounds the main measures of centralized BIM implementation mode in urban utility tunnel project，in order to provide reference for the application of BIM in the urban utility tunnel project.
