摘要：以专业技能型人才培养目标为切入点，通过对“工学交替、螺旋递进”人才培养模式内涵的探索，构建房地产检测与估价专业技能人才培养模式，开发基于“岗位关键能力”的专业课程体系，重构专业核心课程内容和教学过程，最后对其保障体系进行探讨，以期对高职院校在该领域的探索有所启发。

Abstract：Taking the target of professional skilled personnel training as the starting point，and through exploring the“working and learning alternation，spiral progressive”talent training pattern，this paper constructs a professional skilled talents training model of real estate inspection and valuation，and develops a professional curriculum system based on the “post key ability”，then reconstructs the professional core curriculum content and teaching process. Finally，discusses the security system，so as to offer a reference to other vocational colleges in exploring this field.
