摘要：高校基建过程管理周期较长、文件数量较多、审核过程复杂。首先分析高校基建过程管理系统设计依据，然后阐述高校基建过程文件审核系统的设计及组成，最后阐释高校基建审核系统的实际效用，以期为高校基建过程管理提供参考。

Abstract：There are many problems in the process management of college capital construction，such as the management cycle is larger，the number of documents is more and the audit process is complex. Firstly，the paper analyzes the design basis of the process management in college capital construction. Then，elaborates the design and composition of the document review system of the college capital construction process. Finally，introduces the practical utility of the document review system，so as to provide references for the college capital construction process management.
