摘要:将综合管廊和管道直埋的建设费用和维护费用进行分解和比较,在假设条件下推理出最小费用决策方法的公式,并结合某沿海新区实例进行应用演示。综合管廊建设费用、直埋管道维护交通冲击费用、直埋管道新增及改造工程费和交通冲击费用是影响决策的主要因素,主要因素误差在±20%范围内,证明该方法有效,并提示应用需注意的问题。

Abstract:The paper resolves and compares construction cost and maintenance cost of utility tunnel and direct-buried pipe,reasons out the formula of lowest cost decision method in hypothetical condition,and carries on the application demonstration combined with an example of a coastal new area. Utility tunnel construction cost,direct-buried pipe maintenance traffic congestion cost,direct-buried pipe added and renovation project cost and congestion cost are the main factors in decision making. Tests method is effective within ±20% error of the main factors,and points out considerations in application.
