摘要：分析农村供水水厂运行管理方面存在的投入不足，运维经费缺乏、专业人才缺乏、管理体系不健全，运行机制不完善、以及相应的监管机制缺失等问题，提出改进农村水厂运营管理的相关对策，包括发挥政府管理以及市场在资源配置中的作用、加强专业人才队伍建设、健全相关运行管理机制、建立常态化监管机制。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the problems in operation and management of rural water supply plant，such as lack of investment and operation capital，lack of professional talents，imperfect management system and operating mechanism，lack of corresponding supervision mechanism. Then，puts forward the relevant management countermeasures for improving the operation and management of rural water supply plant，including playing the role of government and market in the allocation of resources，strengthening the construction of professional personnel，improving the operation and management mechanism，establishing the normal supervision mechanism.
