摘要：在经济新常态下，多数设计企业在做好传统业务的同时都在向工程总承包转型。分析设计企业在总承包转型过程中存在的思想理念陈旧、组织机构单一、项目管理体系不完善、供应商选择机制不成熟、员工结构不合理等问题，并有针对性地提出转变理念、优化组织机构、完善项目管理体系等应对措施，为设计企业向工程总承包转型提供参考。

Abstract：Under the new normal economy，most design enterprises not only undertake traditional business，but also try to the general contracting transformation. This paper analyzes the problems of general contracting transformation of design enterprises such as the old ideology，single organization，imperfect project management system，immature supplier selection mechanism，irrational staff structure. Then，puts forward some measures as changing the idea，optimizing the organization and improving the project management system etc，in order to provide reference for the transformation of design enterprises to general contracting.
