摘要：分析当今地产公司成本管理存在的问题；针对上述问题提出合约规划，并结合实际案例介绍合约规划模板的建立方法；对模板建立后的具体操作进行详细介绍，并对合约规划的推行给出合理建议。

Abstract：This paper ananlyzes the problems of cost management in real estate enterprises，then proposes the contract programming to solve the above issues，introduce the method to establish the contract programming template based on the practical cases. Finally，detailedly introduces the specific operation after the establishment of the template，and puts forward some reasonable suggestions on the implementation of contract programming.
