摘要：以中国中原对外工程有限公司为例，在分析合同管理标准化必要性的基础上，从管理程序体系的标准化、管理责任接口的标准化、程序编制的标准化、合同文本的标准化以及合同文件管理的标准化等角度，分解合同管理标准化所涵盖的要素及其实施路径，为核电工程合同管理的标准化建设提供借鉴。

Abstract：Taking CZEC as an example，this paper illuminates the elements of contract management standardization and its implementation path from the aspects of standardization of management procedure system，responsibilities interface，programming contract text and contract documents management on the basis of analyzing the necessity of standardization of contract management，in order to provide references for the standardization construction of contract management of nuclear power project.
