摘要：在现有研究成果基础上，阐述项目冲突正负向功能的理论解释，分析正向和负向功能冲突的管理，最后提出项目团队选择、邻避冲突等项目冲突的多种途径管理，期望从冲突的根源上找到项目冲突治理办法。

Abstract：Based on the existing research results，this paper expounds theoretical explanation of positive and negative functions of project conflicts，analyzes conflict managements of positive and negative functions，puts forward multiple approaches of project conflict management，including project team selection，nimby conflict and so on，in order to find project conflict management methods from the root.
