摘要：结合建筑电气安装工程物料管理的现状，分析BIM对于物料管理中采购、库存、管理等环节具有的优势，设计基于BIM的物料管理体系，以促进建筑电气物料管理的优化，帮助建筑企业实现利润目标。

Abstract：According to the present situation of materials management of building electrical installation engineering，this paper analyzes the incomparable advantages of BIM system for materials management in the procurement，inventory，management and other aspects. Then，designs the material management system based on BIM，so as to promote the optimization of building electrical material management，and help the construction enterprise realize the maximization of profit.
