摘要：从市场竞争、编制成本、投标决策等方面阐述施工企业预算定额的重要性，并阐述施工企业预算定额的编制方法。最后提出预算定额编制工作的注意事项，为科学、合理地编制企业预算定额提供参考。

Abstract：This paper expounds the importance of budget quota for construction enterprises from the aspects of market competition，preparation cost，bidding decision，and expounds the compiling method of budget quota for construction enterprises. Finally，puts forward some matters needing attention in the compiling of budget quota，so as to provide references for the scientific and rational budgeting of enterprises.
