摘要：投资估算是项目前期可行性研究的基础和关键，难点是获取类似的工程造价资料，解决的办法是建立工程造价数据库。阐述建立工程造价数据库须注意的问题，分析工程造价数据库的应用，包括应用造价数据库进行投资估算、编制项目设计概算、进行技术经济分析等，为解决投资估算问题提供借鉴。

Abstract：The investment estimation is the foundation and the key for the feasibility study of the project early stage，the difficulty is to obtain the similar project cost data，and the solution is to establish the construction cost database. This paper expounds the problems that need attention to establish the engineering cost database. Then，analyzes the application of engineering cost database，including the application of cost database for investment estimation，preparation of project design budget，technical and economic analysis，in order to provide references for solving the problem of investment estimation.
