[摘　要]　在系统分析建筑业增加值本质的基础上，阐述了建筑业增加值的内涵式提升原理与外延式提升原理，以及二者的相互关系。同时，基于两种提升原理的协同，构建了建筑业增加值二维提升模型，并论述了模型的提升机理。

Abstract: Based on the systematic analysis of nature of added-values of construction industry, this article sets forth the intensional enhancement principle and the extensive enhancement principle, as well as the relationship between them.At the same time, the two-dimensional enhancement model of added-values of construction industry is built up based on the collaboration of the two enhancement principle. Meanwhile, the model of enhancement mechanism is discussed.
