摘要：以云南省民用建筑能耗统计数据为基础，结合昆明市63栋大型商业建筑能耗状况的实地调研情况，总结昆明市大型商业建筑能耗情况和建筑能效管理现状，并针对大型商业建筑能效管理、建筑节能方面提出改进建议，包括引入能管系统、强化节能监管，优化节能技术等。

Abstract：Based on the statistical data of energy consumption of civil buildings in Yunnan，and the field investigation of the energy consumption situation of 63 large commercial buildings in Kunming，this paper summarizes the situation of energy consumption and energy efficiency management of large commercial buildings in Kunming，puts forward some suggestions for improving the energy efficiency management and energy saving of large commercial buildings，including introducing the energy management system，strengthening the energy conservation supervision and so on.
