摘要：基于建筑废弃物处理产业发展已有研究成果的梳理分析，提出运用系统动力学理论与方法构建系统仿真模型，分析建筑废弃物处理产业中诸因素间的关系，并采用Vensim软件对济南市建筑废弃物处理产业发展状况进行仿真分析，其分析结果与济南市的实际情况相吻合。根据仿真分析结果，提出有针对性的建议，以促进建筑废弃物处理产业的发展。

Abstract：Based on the analysis of the existing research results of the Construction Waste（CW）disposal industry，the paper constructs the system simulation model by using system dynamics theory and method，and analyzes the relationship between the factors in the CW disposal industry. Then，simulates the development status of CW disposal industry of Jinan by Vensim software，the analysis results are in agreement with the actual situation in Jinan. According to the simulation results，proposes some suggestions to promote the development of CW disposal industry.
