基于SNA的重大工程风险治理研究—以港珠澳大桥珠海口岸工程为例

摘要:重大工程涉及的利益相关方众多且关系复杂,不确定因素多,管理难度大。以港珠澳大桥珠海口岸工程为例,利用SNA对利益相关者在网络中的地位及相互影响进行分析,并针对可能遇到的风险给出可行的治理方案。研究表明借助SNA对重大工程进行风险管理,提高工程治理效率是可行的。

Abstract:The stakeholders involved in mega projects are numerous and complex,with many uncertainties factors and great management difficulties. Based on the Zhuhai boundary crossing facilities that serves for the HongKong-Zhuhai-Macao bridge,this paper analyzes the status and interaction of stakeholders in the network by using SNA. Furthermore,provides the governance plan for the identified risks. The research shows that it is practical to improve the efficiency of risk governance in mega projects with the aid of SNA.
