[摘　要]　“城中村”的出现是我国城乡二元对立背景下一种畸形的空间形态和社会形态，应用新融资模式成为解决目前“城中村”改造资金瓶颈问题的关键。本文通过对“城中村”改造模式现状进行分析比较，提出了改进的PPP模式，建议通过行业协会的介入改进“城中村”改造融资模式。

Abstract: A mirror of various contradictions in the process of urbanization in China， it is an abnormal space form and society shape. How to use new business model is the key to solve the difficulty of finance in city village reconstruction. This paper analyzes the feasibility of an innovation PPP model in the reconstruction of city villages and puts forward a new model so as to promote the reconstruction of city villages. It also advises to establish intermediate organization to intervene new finance model.
