摘要：BIM技术作为强大的技术支撑手段，可有效提升工程造价的精细化管理效率。梳理目前BIM技术在工程造价管理中的应用情况及其存在的问题；从加强BIM技术的宣传和培训、制定BIM数据标准和接口、制定BIM应用的相关法律法规和监管机制等方面，提出推动BIM在建设项目中全面应用的对策。

Abstract：BIM as a powerful technical support，can promote the efficiency of fine management in project cost. This paper combs the application situation and problems of BIM in project cost management，provides advice to promote BIM application in construction project from aspects of strengthening BIM technology propaganda and training，developing the unity of standard and interface，formulating BIM application related laws and regulations as well as government supervision mechanism，etc.
