摘要：解决建筑劳务用工问题，对提升施工现场质量安全，促进社会和谐稳定具有重要意义。分析重庆市建筑劳务用工关系中劳动力供给、企业用工管理存在的问题及制度漏洞，提出强化教育培训，加强劳务用工监管，完善政策体系，加速行业转型升级等应对措施，以期为政府决策和行业管理提供参考。

Abstract：Solving the problem of construction labor employment is of great significance for improving the quality and safety of the construction site and promoting social harmony and stability. The paper analyzes the problems existing in the labor supply and enterprise employment management and the system loopholes in the construction labor employment relationship in Chongqing. Then，puts forward some countermeasures such as strengthening the education and training，intensifying labor supervision，improving the policy system and accelerating transformation and upgrading of traditional construction industry to provide references for the government’s decision and industry management.
