基于LCCA与LCA的建设项目集成决策方法

[摘 要] 针对如何降低建设项目的能源消耗和环境影响,保证建设项目的投资回报最优化,对全生命成本分析(LCCA)和全生命周期评价(LCA)的理论知识给予介绍,设计出建设项目的集成决策方法,为建设项目的投资决策过程提供定量化、科学化的依据,从而实现投资项目经济效益、环境效益和社会效益的有机结合。

Abstract: In this paper, how to lower the energy and environmental impacts of proposed project while achieving an optimization of owner's investment capitals has become a research focus with both theoretical and practical significance. This paper introduces the theoretical knowledge of Life Cycle Costs Analysis and Life Cycle Assessment, then designs the integrated decision-making strategy, which aims to make the project's investment be more reasonable and scientific, so as to achieve the combination of project's economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits.
