摘要：在国际EPC工程项目中，投标人在投标报价时容易忽视项目风险费用的测算，以致增大项目失败的风险。鉴于此，总结国际EPC投标项目报价阶段的风险种类，提出投标阶段风险量化测算的方法。以煤层气井口项目投标中井场道路施工延期风险测算为例，分析投标风险费定量测算方法的应用，以期为投标报价人员开展国际EPC工程投标工作提供参考。

Abstract：In the international EPC projects，bidders easily neglect the project risk fee calculation when bidding，so as to increase the risk of projects failure. Based on this，the paper summarizes the categories of risk in the budding process，presents a quantitative calculation method of bidding. Taking the deferred risk calculation of wellways construction in the bidding of coalbed methane wellhead project as an example，analyzes the application of quantitative calculation method of bidding risk fee，in order to provide references for bidding personnels to carry out international EPC projects bidding.
