摘要：在对EPC模式与传统项目管理模式进行对比的基础上，提出采用EPC方式管理建筑工业化项目。建设单位实现有效管理的主要环节有前期策划与招投标，探讨这两个环节的管理内容与管理要求，以期为工程建设单位管理工业化项目提供参考。

Abstract：On the basis of comparison between the EPC mode and traditional management mode，this paper proposes that using EPC mode manages the building industrialization projects. The construction units achieve the main links of the effective management including pre-planning and bidding. Then，discusses the management contents and requirements in these two links，in order to provide references for construction units to manage industrialization projects.
