摘要：在“互联网+”的时代背景下，针对PPP项目实际签约率较低情形，从PPP项目风险、P2G平台风险和投资舆情风险三个方面构建PPP+P2G融资风险评估指标体系，并运用层次分析法确定其指标权重，以此构建PPP+P2G融资风险的综合评估模型，进而通过对模型的实际应用，探讨P2G投资舆情对其融资风险的影响机制。在此基础上，就PPP项目如何实施P2G融资提供相关建议。

Abstract：Under the background of “Internet +” and the actual signing rate of PPP project is lower，this paper establishes the index system for the PPP+P2G financing risk evaluation from three aspects of PPP project risk，P2G platform risk and public investment risk. And then by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process，gives out the corresponding index weight，establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of financing risks for the PPP+P2G. Then，by applying the evaluation model to the practical case，explores the influence mechanisms of public investment opinions for the P2G on the PPP+P2G financing risk，and provides the related suggestions with the PPP+P2G financing.
