摘要:阐述重庆市公租房建设在实现居民公平住房、提升城市竞争力、抑制房价上升等方面取得的成就;分析公租房建设中存在的建设规模过大、空置严重、配套跟不上等问题;提出控制公租房建设节奏,优化建设时序、按照市场需求建设、提早布局公交网络,完善配套等对策,以供全国公租房建设借鉴。

Abstract:This paper expounds the achievements in the construction of public rental housing in Chongqing,such as achieving equitable housing for residents,promoting urban competitiveness and curbing the rise in housing prices. Then,analyzes the problems of public rental housing construction such as the oversize scale of construction,serious vacancy phenomenon,backward supporting facilities. Finally,puts forward some countermeasures,such as controlling the rhythm of public rental housing construction,optimizing the construction sequence,building public rental housing according to the market demand,and setting up the public transportation network in advance,in order to provide reference for public rental housing construction.
