摘要：构建区域经济发展质量评价体系和基础设施建设水平评价体系，运用协调理论与灰色理论分别对31个省市自治区经济发展质量与基础设施建设水平协调性进行评价分析。结果表明：2010年至2015年，各省市自治区经济发展质量与基础设施建设水平协调性呈上升趋势，且区域间差距减小，但协调性提升较慢，均保持在较低水平，且促进指标个数少于抑制指标个数，应采取措施进一步提高各省市自治区经济发展质量与基础设施建设水平的协调性。

Abstract：The paper builds the evaluation system of of regional economic and the construction level of infrastructure，uses the coordination theory and grey theory to anlyzes the coordination of the development quality of provincial economy and the construction level of infrastructure of 31 provinces and cities. The result shows that the coordination is overall upward trend and the gap between regions decreases，the improved coordination is still at a lower level between 2010 and 2015，and the number of promotion indexes is less than the number of inhibition indexes. Relevant department should take measures to improve the coordination between the development quality of regional economy and the construction level of infrastructure.
