摘要：在文献研究基础上，建立综合管廊运营阶段评价指标体系，基于内部协同、外部协同、文化协同三个维度的综合管廊运营阶段协同度评价指标体系，运用层次分析法和模糊综合评判法进行评价，并利用实例分析进行验证，为综合管廊运营阶段协同管理提供理论依据。

Abstract：On the basis of literature research，the paper first establishes the evaluation index system of the integrated corridor operation stage，and then evaluates the synergy of the integrated corridor operation stage with internal synergy，external synergy and cultural synergy using AHP and fuzzy integrated evaluation methods. Finally，carries out effective verification by example analysis，in order to provide the theoretical basis for collaborative management of integrated corridor operation stage.
