电厂水室真空泵优化改造方案分析

摘要:凝汽器水室产气通常受凝汽器布置、潮位变化、循环水泵运行台数等因素影响,产气量动态变化,因而大部分电厂水室真空泵无法满足使用需求。阐述水室真空泵频繁启停的主要原因;针对现有的设备及系统设计,提出7种改造方案,并基于实际情况,选择最适合的方案;对增加改造方案后的运行工况进行验证,以实现真空泵长期连续运行,保证机组经济性。

Abstract:The amount of released air is usually affected by the condenser layout,the change of the tide level,the number of circulating water pump,etc,and the amount of released air is real-time change,so the conventional vacuum pump can’t meet the desired results. This paper describes the main reasons for frequently starting and stopping of the vacuum pump. In view of the existing equipment and system design,puts forward 7 transformation plan,and chooses the most suitable transformation plan according to the actual situation. Finally,verifies the system operating conditions after the implementation of the transformation program,so as to realize the long-term operation of vacuum pump and ensure the economy of the unit.
