摘要：介绍滨海新区空间发展时空特征及土地储备现状，从空间发展对土地储备的引导机制、土地储备对空间结构的优化机制两个角度剖析二者互动影响关系，进而从功能定位、产业发展和城市建设时序三方面探讨新区空间发展对土地储备的引导作用。最后，提出新区空间发展引导下的土地储备优化策略，以期为天津滨海新区的发展提供理论指导。

Abstract：This paper introduces the space-time characteristics of Binhai new area space development and present situation of the land reserve，analyzes the interactive influence from two aspects：guide mechanism of space development to land reserve，optimization mechanism of land reserve to spatial structure，and discusses the guidance of new area spatial development to land reserve from three aspects of function orientation，industrial development，urban construction schedule. Finally，proposes the land reserve optimization strategy under the guidance of new area spatial development，in order to provide theoretical guidance for the development of Tianjin Binhai new area.
