摘要：识别承包人合理化建议的主要情形，将承包人合理化建议总结为改进设计方案和使用其他材料；基于对承包人合理化建议内容的界定，从承包人合理化建议下引起工程投资费用降低、工程工期缩短以及工程经济效益提高三个方面分析承包人合理化建议对项目价值提升的影响机理，为给出对承包人合理化建议的激励补偿方式提供量化基础。

Abstract：This paper identifies the main situation of the contractor’s reasonable proposals，including improving the design plan and using other materials. Based on this，analyzes the mechanism of the impact of contractor’s reasonable proposals on the project value increase from the perspective of decreasing engineering investment costs，reducing engineering duration and increasing engineering economic benefits，so as to provide the quantification fundamental of incentive compensation method for the contractor’s reasonable proposal.
