摘要：基于文献综述总结PPP项目的15个关键风险因素，用问卷调查收集各因素间直接影响关系的数据。运用DEMATEL法分析关键风险因素，得到各风险因素的重要程度和相互影响程度。根据实证结果和实际情况，绘制关键风险因素分析图，指出各风险因素之间的因果关系，旨在为PPP项目风险管理提供决策
依据。

Abstract：This paper summarizes 15 key risk factors based on the literature review，and collects the data of directly affecting the relationship between various factors with questionnaire.Then，uses DEMATEL method to analyze the key risk factors of PPP projects，obtains the degree of importance of each key risk factor and mutual impact. On the basis of the results and the actual situation，draws the key risk factors analysis chart that point out the causal relationship between each risk factor，in order to provide a basis for risk management decisions.
