摘要:组织结构与管理机制是企业实现组织发展战略目标的重要保障。以A建筑工程公司为例,分析组织管理方面存在的问题,然后构建公司适应性组织管理体系,包括建设思路、多维矩阵式的管理体系、流程主导的业务驱动模式、价值导向的绩效考核模式,最后根据企业发展战略,优化调整公司总部的组织机构,为大型国有建筑企业优化组织管理提供借鉴。

Abstract:Organization structure and management mechanism is an important guarantee for enterprises to achieve the strategic goal of organizational development. Taking A building company as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the organization management,and then constructs the adaptive organization management system,including construction ideas,the multi-dimensional matrix management system,the flow oriented business drive model,the value oriented performance appraisal model. Finally,according to the enterprise development strategy,optimizes the organization structure of headquarters,in order to provide reference for the optimization of organization management of large state-owned construction enterprises.
