摘要：激励约束机制是项目管理模式的核心，是激发项目人员积极性的根本要求。分析传统项目管理模式存在的问题，根据激励约束机制的原理和项目人员的需求，构建基于激励约束机制的施工项目模拟股份制，分析其实施流程及流程各环节在激励约束机制中的作用。通过实际案例予以实证，结果表明模拟股份制能够激励约束施工项目人员以提高管理效率。

Abstract：Incentive and restraint mechanism is the core of the project management model，and it is the basic requirement to stimulate the enthusiasm of the project staff. This paper analyzes the existing problems of the traditional project management model. According to the principle of incentive and restraint mechanism and the needs of project personnel，builds the simulated joint-stock system of construction project based on incentive and restraint mechanism，analyzes the operation process and the function of every segment in incentive and restraint mechanism. Through the actual case，results show that the simulated joint-stock system can motivate and restrain construction personnel to improve management efficiency.
