摘要：将BIM应用到工程造价管理中，极大地实现资源的高效整合，是造价管理转型和技术创新的一大进步。探讨将BIM运用到全过程造价管理中的资源整合渠道，包括基于BIM信息平台的信息集成、过程集成、组织集成，使算量更高效、计算更准确，从而达到更好地应对设计变更、积累数据的目的。

Abstract：The application of BIM to engineering cost management has greatly realized the efficient integration of resources，which is a great progress in cost management transformation and technological innovation. This paper discusses the resource integration channels of applying BIM to the whole process cost management，including information integration，process integration organization integration based on information platform，so as to make the calculation more efficient to better respond to design changes，the accumulation of data.
