摘要：基于管理视图分析法，从管理事项、责权分配、资源配置、风险控制、过程管理等方面阐述管理视图分析法在施工图预算中的应用，总结该方法在构建系统化模型、明确事项可操作性等方面的优势。

Abstract：With management breakdown layout analysis method，the paper expounds its application in the construction drawing budget from aspects of administrative matters，liability distribution，resources allocation，risk control，process management and document classification. Then，summarizes the advantages of this method for building the systematic model，clearing the feasibility of items and so on.
