摘要:综合考虑管廊本体及附属设施建设与维护成本、直埋及维护成本、投资回报率以及管线空间占比等影响管线入廊收费定价的因素,构建管线入廊收费定价模型,并利用多元函数全增量分析法分析该模型下影响管线入廊收费定价的主要因素。案例表明,对于不同的管线,影响其入廊收费的主要因素不同。因此,在实际项目中,考虑管线的入廊收费应根据不同的管线制定不同的入廊费的收取规则。

Abstract:Considering the influence factors of tunnel entrance fee from tunnel body and ancillary facilities construction and maintenance costs,the buried pipeline and maintenance costs,the repay of the investment,and the space proportion of the pipeline,this paper builds the pricing model of tunnel entrance fee. Then,uses the total increment analysis of multivariate function to analyze the main factors that influence the pricing of tunnel entrance fee. The results show that the primary influence of the entrance fee are different for different pipelines. Therefore,should take the different types pipeline into consideration when we decide the charge pricing rule.
