摘要：结合核电工程的发展趋势，分析核电工程公司培训工作应遵循的原则，阐述核电工程公司培训体系建设，包括培训政策、培训组织机构和职责、培训制度与管理程序、培训大纲、培训计划、培训资源等，以期为核电工作公司培训提供参考。

Abstract：Combined with the development trend of nuclear power engineering，the paper analyzes the principles that nuclear power engineering company training work should follow，expounds the construction of training system of nuclear power engineering company，including training policy，training organization and responsibilities，training system and management procedures，training outlines，training programs，training resources，in order to provide references for the nuclear power company training.
