摘要：基于住建部提出强化企业知识管理发展纲要的背景，分析知识管理在国内工程咨询公司的实践困境，指出导致知识管理实践困境的多个问题及成因。并结合专家研究成果及自身工作经验，对工程设计咨询企业实践知识管理提出相应建议。

Abstract：Based on the background of the development plans of the enterprise reinforcing knowledge management presented by MOHURD，this paper analyzes the practical difficulties of knowledge management in the domestic engineering consulting enterprises，points out the various practical problems and causes which lead to the plight of the practices of knowledge management. Combined with the research results of experts and the author’s working experiences，puts forward the suggestions of the knowledge management practices in engineering design consulting enterprises.
