摘要：城市地下综合管廊前期建设投资费用较高，探寻合理的管线单位间的费用分摊方法尤为重要。总结传统的综合管廊建设费用分摊法，提出基于群决策效用模型的综合管廊建设费用分摊方法。结合案例分析，证实提出的费用分摊方法具有一定的科学合理性和可实施性。

Abstract：The investment cost of underground pipeline colligate pre-construction work is high，so it is important to explore reasonable allocation method between pipeline units. The paper summarizes the traditional pipeline colligate construction cost sharing method，proposes pipeline colligate construction method based on the group decision-making utility model. Combined with case analysis，proves that the proposed cost allocation method has certain scientific rationality and practicability.
