摘要：BIM作为建筑信息化的重要载体之一，对工程造价人员专业能力提出了新要求。结合BIM双创人才对工程造价专业学生培养新要求，建立BIM+基于工程造价管理流程的课程和BIM+工程造价业务能力的人才培养模型，对培养工程造价BIM双创人才提供参考。

Abstract：As one of important carrier of building information，BIM puts forward new request for the professional ability of engineering cost personnels. Combined with the training of new requirements for BIM “two abilities” talents of engineering cost specialty，the paper establishes the training model including BIM+courses based on engineering cost management process and BIM+training model of engineering cost business talents，in order to provide references for the training BIM “two abilitles” talents of engineering cost.
