摘要：为了保证高校基建项目建设合理、经济、高效运行，对基建项目管理模式的分析尤为必要。分析高校主要的基建管理模式，并结合基建管理模式在典型高校中的应用，提出高校基建部门选择合理管理模式的建议，为高校不同阶段的基建项目管理提供参考。

Abstract：In order to ensure the rational，economical and efficient operation of university infrastructure projects，it is necessary to analyze the management mode of infrastructure projects. This paper analyzes the main infrastructure management modes of universities. Combined with the application of infrastructure management mode in typical universities，puts forward some suggestions for university infrastructure departments to choose reasonable management mode，in order to provide references for infrastructure management of different universities in different stages.
