摘要：阐述海外信贷政策“限额管理”、“底线管理”、“一行一策”、“指导意见”四种管理模式，并分析其特点，得出“指导意见”模式更加注重审慎规范经营、强化风险识别判断，实用性、针对性和前瞻性较强，能够更好地适应新的经济形势和市场环境，积极引导海外信贷投向和有效防范各类信用风险。

Abstract：This paper elaborates the overseas credit policy，including  quota management，bottom line management，one bank and one policy，guidance four kinds of management models，and analyzes its characteristics，concludes that the guidance model can pay more attention to prudent standardized management，strengthening risk identification and judgment，the practicability，pertinence and forward-looking of the guidance model are strong，it can better adapt to the new economic situation and market environment，and actively guides the overseas investment credit and effectively prevents various credit risks.
