摘要：基于福建省2005～2015年能源消耗和碳排放量的统计数据，从排放量和排放源两方面阐述福建省碳排放现状，并分析造成福建省碳排放高的主要原因，包括能源消费高、结构单一，能源利用率偏低和产业结构不合理，在上述基础上提出促进福建省节能减排的对策建议，为实现福建省经济可持续发展提供参考。

Abstract：Based on the statistical datas of energy consumption and carbon emission from 2005 to 2015 in Fujian，the paper first expounds the present situation of carbon emission in Fujian from emission amounts and emission sources. Then，analyzes the main reasons of the high emission，including high energy consumption，simple structure，low energy utilization rate and irrational industrial structure. Finally，puts forward countermeasures to promote energy saving for Fujian，in order to provide references for sustainable economic development of Fujian.
