摘要：总结归纳IPD模式下项目风险因素集，运用粗糙集属性约简理论和专家调查对风险因素进行筛选和约简，得出核风险因素和各风险因素的权重。运用解释结构模型对IPD模式下项目主要风险因素进行层级划分，得出风险分担评价指标体系，为制定合理的风险分担方案提供参考。

Abstract：This paper summarizes the set of risk factors under IPD model，uses rough set attribute reduction theory and expert investigation to filter and reduce the risk factors，and obtains the key risk factor and the weight of risk factors. Then，uses the ISM to classify the main risk factors under IPD model，and obtains the index system of risk sharing evaluation，in order to provide the references for formulating reasonable risk sharing scheme.
