摘要：阐述绿色施工及其目标，结合中交财富中心项目，介绍绿色施工在写字楼项目建设过程中的应用，包括组织管理、现场管理、施工技术等，以期为类似项目提供借鉴。

Abstract：This paper expounds the green construction and its goals，combined with the fortune center project of CCCC，introduces the application of green construction in the construction process of office building project，including organization management，site management，construction technology，etc.，so as to provide references for similar projects.
