摘要：高速公路建设周期长，投资额巨大。因此，投资控制对于高速公路的建设非常重要。通过建立解释结构模型，对高速公路投资相关的影响因素进行分析，为高速公路投资控制提供参考。

Abstract：The highway construction has the characteristics of long construction cycle and huge investment，so the investment control in the construction of highway is very important. Through the establishment of interpretation structure model，this paper analyzes the related influence factors of highway investment，so as to provide references for highway investment control.
