地下厂房岩壁梁混凝土浇筑施工定额测算及分析

摘要:岩壁梁混凝土台车浇筑是某水电站地下厂房独特的施工技术,在现行定额中缺项,施工单位需结合现场施工实际消耗进行定额写实测算。结合施工组织设计,在正常施工条件下,科学采集资源消耗原始数据,汇总分析工、料、机消耗,形成施工定额,将其分别与中标合同价的人工消耗量及单价进行对比,分析得出与传统脚手架和定型钢模板施工技术相比,岩壁梁混凝土台车浇筑技术施工效率较高,且施工成本具有可控性。

Abstract:The construction of rock wall beam concrete trolley pouring is a unique construction technology for underground powerhouse of a hydropower station. In the current quota,the item is missing,construction units should combine actual construction with actual consumption to calculate realistically. Combined with construction organization design,this paper collects raw data of resource consumption by scientific application under normal construction conditions,summarizes and analyzes labor,material and machine consumption to form construction quota. Then,compares the quota with the artificial consumption and the unit price of the contract price respectively. The analysis shows that the construction efficiency of rock wall beam concrete trolley pouring technology is higher than traditional scaffold and set-shaped steel formwork construction technology,and the construction cost is controllable.
