摘要：通过分析造价管理信息系统的功能要求，总结BIM在信息系统中的核心作用，充分挖掘二者的内在联系，基于BIM构建一个集项目信息管理、BIM5D、协同管理、造价数据积累等功能于一体的信息系统架构，并针对系统内各模块的功能进行分析与描述，为造价管理信息系统开发提供参考。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the functional requirements of the cost management information system，and summarizes the core role of BIM in the information system，fully explores internal relations between the cost management information system and BIM. Moreover，builds a BIM-based cost management information system with the functions of project information management，BIM5D，collaborative management as well as cost data accumulation，analyzes functions for each module in the system，provides reference for cost management information system development.
