摘要：近年来，Partnering战略合作模式在许多领域被广泛应用。从项目绩效的角度，对Partnering模式下工程项目合作伙伴选择标准与项目绩效关系进行实证研究。通过对200家建筑工程样本企业进行数据分析得出：设计合理的合作伙伴选择标准并执行，可以直接增进Partnering模式下合作伙伴的项目绩效。

Abstract：In recent years，partnering strategy cooperation model is widely used in many fields. Based on the perspective of project performance，the paper studies the relationship between project partner selection criteria and project performance in partnering mode. Through the data analysis of 200 construction enterprises，the result shows that the partner selection criteria which are reasonably designed and implemented，can directly improve partnering mode partners project performance.
