摘要：在分析PPP模式应用现状及特点的基础上，结合BIM技术发展趋势，分析将BIM技术应用于PPP项目的可行性。然后明确PPP项目精细化管理的内涵特征，并阐述BIM在PPP项目精细化管理中的应用价值。最后提出BIM应用于PPP项目的保障性建议，为PPP项目管理模式的创新提供参考。

Abstract：Based on the analysis of the current situation and characteristics of PPP project and the development trend of BIM technology，this paper analyzes the feasibility of applying BIM technology to PPP project. Then，clarifies connotations of the fine management of PPP project，and elaborates the application value of BIM in the fine management of PPP project. Finally，puts forward some suggestions of BIM applied to PPP project，in order to provide reference for the innovation of PPP project management mode.
